Free Plesk Hosting?

@CS Squad, it was on fresh installed Debian. He asked me what OS I want, and I said Debian. He installed the latest version for me, and then I installed ISP Omega. Just that, nothing more. That control panel comes with apache, mysql, php5, fastcgi.
 
yes it is very weird. The provider from where he bought the vps is "intovps.com" and I told him to open a support ticket and tell them the problem with RAM. You know what they said ? Upgrade to the next plan...lol
 
I don't know how many panels he installed. He told me Kloxo was eating about 200-300 MB of RAM but he didn't liked that interface.
