That is your own host, it is your own decision.
But I believe that placing higher post count, will reduce the risk of spammers getting account too easily.
In other words, reduce the risk.

That's correct. We figure that if you're charging around $4-5 a month to your clients, at that point, you'll be making about $25/mo. and should be able to afford paid hosting. We're not in the business of allowing other people to make money, while we pay the bills.
