Host with cgi for Perl Newscript

Hello, I am currently working on an Info Tech project for school.
The project is a News/Storyteller script written in Perl, somewhat similiar to Slashdot.
I need a host with the following:
FTP
10 megs of space or so
CGI-Bin
and I must be able to chmod files to 777 so that they can be written to.
EDIT: All types of ads are fine except for top banner ads.

Thanks!

Alright, portland it is. Forgot they had CGI.
All I need it for is to upload the scripts and show my teacher as they have disabled CGI on teh school server

Hi..Im new to this webspace chat thing and I was wondering If any of you know of a web host that is Free and has:
-100 Megs space (anywhere around there)
-Easy to set-up and edit and make pages
-Comes with support of some sort
-And is nothing like envy.nu (It was too complicated to work with)

Geocities?

Hah, Not 100mb at Geocities for free.
And I don't see how Envy would be hard to work with, they had ftp and homefree.
Not complicated at all.

Thanks for all the input but I've decided to host it on Portland for now, and it will soon be moved over to a local *nix box running Apache.
