I think he is the only one there. I am trying to find out how many shared hosts have ffmpeg installed and popen enabled.

Lot of hosts seem to have popen disabled for security reasons. But due to my boonex dolphin hosting I do not want to disable it.

And trying to get a figure of how many shared hosts have ffmpeg as it seems to be very popular.
 
I think you always have a lot of ways to go with. They are not only one web host on the planet. Who knows perhaps some of their customers are ok with such approach.

I believe that would be time wasting. Do not waste your time and find another web host now.
 
The situation seems to be really incredible,
if this is a one-man band and the person who replies in the chat is the support technician and the owner of the business, I can hardly believe he cares about his business.
It's very unlikely he's an employee, after the logs are shown to the boss, he's sure to be kicked downstairs.
