hey i signed up fopr hostonce

how do i access the mysql on The UNIX server ?????
or how do i access the control pannel ?????

im very confused

can some 1 please just give me a straight answer

Normally, you need to request on that.
They will give you the details after you requested.

The domain is owned by Host Once ( all registra info is them )

Servers seem to be fasthosts ... at a guess ... could be hiding donhost ..

how do u access your CP :confused:
 
Hello all, I must agree that Hostonce sucks Big TYme. I've done a search on this board and read most of the results..only to find similar complaints about them.
It's been a month since I signed up with HostOnce and am still not successful in connecting to my account. The information that they email you and the faq that they offer online differ. I've tried numerous combinations of host names, userid's, and passwords via ftp and browser but still cannot connect. I've emailed multiple inquiries and also submitted 3 messages with the online helpdesk (two of which were mysteriously missing after 3 days) with no response to date. Could someone who has been succesful in connecting tell me their method that they use to access their account?

This site (punk-sushi.net) my friend bought is hosted by hostonce. Look how long it takes for the pictures to load!
 
i wouldnt say they suck

they are ok

i have 1 domain with them 1 with myacen

myacen is definately way better but my site works fine on hostonce distortederror.com

a lil slow but not too bad
