i need this because i am starting a site for my college and it's going to be a community site. also i wana put my personal site on it. It's most likely not gona give me a penny back. If anyone is willing to sponsor me i can add a hosted by link on my site or we can discuss about other methods. the site is just starting so i doubt if am going to use a lot of the features.

My budget for this is around $5.00 a month and

ok i tried to sign up and payment method didn't work for some reason. As i mentioned before if you can accept a Prepaid Amex card please let me know. Only if you're sure it'll work

Abush failed his payments on 2Checkout. The potential host must be able to accept prepaid amex. Perhaps better if card is accepted directly? And none of paypal / stormpay / moneybookers - signup, get verified type.

i don't understand why it failed since like two days ago i got a domain name with the same card at godaddy.
