1. I don't drive
2. I don't need to call someone when I walk somewhere...

I take the bus or walk. I don't need to exit the city, so no need to drive.
Even if I did have a cell phone, it would be one that I could never do long-distance calls on, only local service; and I would cancel my current land-line service.
