does anyone know any cheap hosts that offer PHP4, Perl5/CGI, MySQL, PostgreSQL, IMAP, SMTP+mail accounts

and i would need a domain name

What is cheap? To me, cheap is $10 a month... is it the same for you?

I wouldn't suggest buying a domain from a host though.... usually buying from a registrar such as GoDaddy or Namecheap would be better.

Good advice, powerpipe.com provides cheap domains. I recommend them

www.myacen.com (their cheapest plan: $2.95 a month I think)
www.godaddy.com (for a domain name: $8.95 a year)

Both are very cheap options.

domain names are generally cheap, do a search on google and you will find tons of domain registrar
