Image Uploading Script

Hey, does anyone know of a pre-made image uploading script like Photobucket?

Something like:

• Free AND Paid user accounts
• You can upload images without an account
• Users with an account have a bandwith limit, paid has a higher bandwith limit
• Each image uploaded without being logged in has a certain b/w limit
• When a images b/w is exceeded, it's replaced by one of my choosing
• I can edit all the functions, see the images uploaded, see the accounts and stuff, wether they are paid via the Admin CP, and also set the amount the Paid Accounts cost, how long they last for, etc.
• Members can make a Online Gallery

It doesn't have to be a free script, in fact, i'm not expecting it to be free, my budget is open. I must be able to easily edit the template to one I currently have.
