I want a Linux VPS that allows IRCd. I don't need a lot of space, but a lot of bandwidth, Maybe 200 GB just to be safe?

How much would this cost me?

It depends on network uplink speed, and what provider you go with. For IRC though, I'd recommend a dedicated server with a good budget of at least $150...

Hmm. That is not allowed on the most of the VPS and you can hope only for the specific one. In this case I think that you'd better ask for that on the DP forums. I have seen such issues are being discussed there.
