Is it a Master Reseller or a normal Reseller you want? There's a significant difference between both.
Also, is it the servers you want based in Europe or the business based in Europe?

@fcolor: It's obvious that me as a customer would like as much as I can for my money.
space and bandwidth - the more the better (at least 20 GB, and 3-400 GB bw)
