Looking for some free hosting cpanel/just a little space

I'm looking for some free hosting. I am just wanting to set up a website for a small business I'm trying to set up. Its just for the barracks where I live, and so there wont be much traffic, and wont need much space. I would like:

- cpanel
- 2 Megs of storage space
- 500+ megs of traffic
- small subdomain
- 90% or better uptime
*EDIT* - One free email


In return for your space and bandwidth, I would like to return the favor by offering you either space for your google adsense or an ad of your choice. I will post it on every page, however, I would like to request the sizes for the google adsense. I can do either 2 of the 250x250 sized ads, OR 1 skyscraper sized ad. Your choice, BUT because I don't want to spend a lot of time on this website, please just pick either the two or the one. Give me the code that will be on every page.

If you want your own ad, this is for a computer repair/virus removal/etc. website, so please no porn, but if you wanted to target the virus/computer upgrade type ads thats fine. Also, it will be on the side where the adsense would have been, and so no wider than 250.

I can also put in a linkback if the ad's are not enough.

Please shoot me an offer, I hope I have made this as appealing as I can to the host, but I only need one site.

means, no offence but that can sound like a way around dealing in illegal/dodgy goods and or services.
