PSP?.. PhotoShop?.. it is just 6... isn't it?.. I think it is the best graphic tool.. I think.. it dominate the advertisement/publishing market, too.

Paint Shop Pro not PhotoShop
 
The 2 main graphics programs are paint shop pro 7 and photo shop 6. I am about to get photo shop 6 and I have tested paint shop pro 7. Cyber has made me some excellent graphics using photo shop 6 so I am going to have to go with that as the best. You can get a free trial version at http://www.adobe.com .
