Moving my resellers account to a New host

Hi,
I have several reseller accounts with different hosts, all using cpanel/whm, on one of the accounts I only have about 20 customers and I'm thinking about moving to a new host. I was just wondering if there's an easy way to transfer all my customers files/email addresses/databases from the old host to a new host. On this note I'm looking for a RELIABLE host with the following features.

2-4 gb Disk space
20-30 gb bandwidth
Unlimited Domains
Unlimited MySQL Databases
Unlimited POP3 Accounts
Unlimited FTP Accounts
Unlimited Subdomains
Private Nameservers
Latest Version cpanel/whm

I'm fairly flexible on the cost, my biggest concern is being able to seamlessly transfer my current customers without any disruption to them, as they have already been messed about a bit by my current host.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the offers and info regarding the transfer.
The problem I had with my last host was that they decided to move my accounts to a new host but never told me until after it was done, by the time I got all the nameservers changed, the sites had been transfered about 10 day. My customers lost all information they had uploaded in that time and as most of the sites I host are ecommerce sites, lots of sales where lost. The new host I've been moved to (not by choice), have not really done anything wrong yet, but I don't feel to confident with them, I have over 200 sites hosted on a few different reseller plans and I get the impression that my new host probably doesn't have many more customers than I have.

Sorry for going on a bit, but they have really p****d me off and I don't want to go though this again

What I really want is a simple reliable host who can allow me to expand as my customer base grows.
