I was waiting for someone to ask that, perhaps I should edit my post. First thing people are thinking is WAREZ :p, but you are wrong lol (A joke).
The site i want to start is called www.cms-files.com, it will contain add-ons and stuff for various types of CMS, to start I know I will need some large amount of space and not too much bandiwdth, I want to be able to upgrade my bandwidth once i get downloads :)

Yojance we have revised our plans and this way you may not need to upgrade. although buy upgrading your bandwidth it will cost you an extra $1.50 per month for an extra 10 gig.

While it did cross my mind it wasn't really the reason I asked. Sometimes people get confused about how much space and bandwidth they actually need. Once I had someone ask me for twice as much space as bandwidth. :p It seems you know what you are doing though so that's good. :)
