Need simple design..

I'm looking for a very simple, all css based, new design for yourip.us. I'm looking for something with a little more color, and maybe rounded out boxes and some better placement for ads. I want to keep it as image light as possible so it loads quickly.

Is anyone interested in designing a 1 page site for it? Please list your price and I'll consider it.
