Need soem help with a layout.

Im editing my new layout in dreamweaver and when I see it over FIREFOX and IE, its all screwed up. Is there any expert over here who would help me take a look at it and tell me what im doing wrong?
Its got to do with HTML and CSS so knowing those is a must. Also, Can you please do it free? Only thing I could give you in return would be a small hosting account for some time.

I will not post the links to the site yet because I got some friends who visit this site and mine and I want it to be a surprise for them.

I fixed the problem for IE, but on firefox it keeps messing up.
