Needing a remotely hosted mysql database, please help

Hi,

I noticed that freesql.org has cancelled sign-ups and portlandsql.co.uk can't be accessed via the web which is a problem for me, does anybody know of another free remotely hosted mysql database?

some questions first

1. do you have php enabled on your server?
2. is it a pay host that offers mysql but you didn't pay for it? most pay hosts will not allow remote access of databases
