basicly what i have gathered that people are trying to say is that ur site sucks! U need to delete it and study basic color matching ... (sorry so harsh )

For your site! ... i would say!
leave the background white
make the top cell as well as the links cell and the bottum cell red
make the center cell (the one that says HOME on it) gray of some sort and make the text in the cell black and all the other text white on the other cells!

P.S. when i say red i mean kind of like a blood red and when i say gray i mean kind of like a dark gray (not too dark)
