What i need
Space: Around 40-80 Gb (more is okay, but not need that very much)
Bandwidth : At least 1500, but 2000 Gb Prefered (of 10MBit )
OS: Any is fine, but I think CentOS is good ^^
Control Panel cPanel/Whm
Other Requirements : Hopefully memory can be upgraded, Fast customer Support, Semi-managed to managed prefereable.
Price: Looking around $80-120 ish

If you think the price somehow need to increase tell me what is your plan is okay But I prefer the hoster that can offer what I need.

Just a suggestion, bandwidth are quite expensive and what you're looking for is even more for the budget that you listed.
It would be good for the providers to know what kind of cpu speed you're looking for.

Generally, for a P4 2.8ghz w/ 80GB Space / 1500 GB BW / Cpanel bundle / 1GB DDR RAM / Semi-Full Mangement is in the range of 300$ USD / month, if not more.

This is of course from the offers that I've seen drifting around, it would be good of course to raise your budget a little bit.
