Only need something like:

Space: 1GB - 3GB
BW: 5GB - 10GB
Unl. MySQL DB, Unl. Domain addons, and the rest of the unlimited cpanel features.
Must have cpanel.

but if u r looking for illegal porno hosting then go for russia or honkong or romania or lithuania based servers
