We've had a few people come over from Portland's servers with most having more than a few complaints about reliability. I've never used them so this is all second hand information naturally.. They don't appear to be the best though

Reliable - NO. Seems to be down right now.

They're OK instead of parking a domain and/or to test things out or if you just want ad free for a private site. That's it. Slow, downtime, no support, insecure blah, blah, blah.
