I know it looks like a lot but im sure some of them are provided with CPanel as standard anyway. I wont need this hosting instantly as site is still under construction so im just looking to see if anyone can provide this or not at the moment.

Im looking for as cheap as possible with max $50 a year paid by paypal.

Please dont post if its over $50 unless you have something amazing which i might need but havent listed.
 
Well. It will not be easy to find reliable host for $4 a month with 250MB/5GB but you can check webhostdir.com and tophosts.com.

Maybe you have to be rady to pay between $5 - $6 a month for these features.

I have been able to get a great deal for 660mb space and 10gb bandwidth for $1.20 by opening a partnership with a host unless you can do better no reason to reply

Sorry, I dont sell that cheap. That's one packet of romen noodle soup for a whole month. I wouldn't touch that with a 10 ft poll.
