Hi everyone

Sharon here and i'm looking for a reliable free host (once again...=( ). It seems there's a shortage of long lasting and reliable free hosts out there..><

My personal/portfolio site is looking for a new home with the following specs..(can all be negotiated)..

- 15-20mbs (I have a portfolio and small wallpaper section)
- FTP
- Preferably no ads
- 500mb bandwidth
- OPTIONAL : CGI-bin, mySQL..

Just checked it out..

I've actually tried those hosts under the 'Reliability' section..heh..
The ads are too big.

I am willing to put some sort of ad on my site for the company
that hosts me. eg. textlink, small banner on my main page....etc.
 
Ads = money, money = stable host.. therefor ads = stable host.

Get used to it, unless you pay you'll have to move occasionally as free hosts close down.

Sorry, fact of life.

Yeah i understand that. That's why i'm willing to put up an ad...just not such an obtrusive one..

We've been online since July 1999 and are usually EXTREMELY
reliable with more than 99.9% uptime. That's down a little
bit right now this week but that's just because we are
currently in the middle of an upgrade to much faster servers
with many new features and capabilities for our members.

Other than this week during the upgrade project, I think
our down time in the entire past two years has been about
two hours total .... two times of about an hour each roughly
or roughly about 1 hour per year average.

We have WAY beyond that !!!

The only thing I cannot offer you at this time is CGI because
we discontinued that earlier this year. However, CGI is
completely unnecessary as we do fully support both PHP
and ASP scripting.
