Good luck finding a good provider with that budget. I would recommend raising your budget. Hope you find what your looking for.

This is what happens when people search for a web hosts and run accross the kiddie hosts. They automaticly assume that any host can offer 500gb of bandwidth for $1 a month! These kids are going to ruin the market one way or another. Whether it be due to the amount of people that become skeptical of ALL hosts because their last "Kiddie" host ripped them off or dissappeared completely, or because their last host that offered 500gb bandwidth, and shut them off at 50gb!

Any of you reading this looking for hosting, think about this:

I see SOO many people post on this forum saying (exp:) " I want a reliable host with 10gb disc space and 500gb bandwidth for $5 a month, thats what I had at my last host". Ok, so ask yourself a question, if cheap hosts were worth the time or even the $1 a month they charge, then why are there so many people here looking for "Another" host?

If you just have a little personal blog or something not so important, then one of these overselling kiddie hosts might suit your needs. But, if you value your content and NEED your website to be online 99.9% of the time, you should decide to spend more on your hosting package.

That maybe all correct & such but the BIG DIFFERENCE is, people dont want to pay $20/30/40+/mo for hosting. You cant make people pay more as there are others that will welcome them, now, not all hosts are kiddie hosts & not all hosts that offer 500GB are kiddie hosts as you define them. You can just blame the whole hosting industry being bad just because of kids :confused4.

I am not assuming I can get X for very little Y dollars, but I'm seeing how certain hosting companies can give me a better offer compared to their generic plans. Obviously, through all the offers I will weed out all the non reputable hosts by researching...but the point is, this is bargaining.
