Is all the banner i use attractive enough ?
Sometime we plan to use some attractive banner and flash but there are some barrier which is loading slow.

Thank for the opinion. Is that any tool for me to track the duration of loading my site?
I love to use large picture so that it just able to attract others. I already reduce all the flash banner and using fix banner.
Maybe i just try to sell too much in one home page.

Exactly. You don't want to make your clients lose patience because it's too much time to wait for the page to load.

It takes me about 5 sec to open your website, which isn't fast. But it is not that slow either. Some hosters here have sites that are slower then yours.

Looks more like an online game arcade then a webhost.

Better off to just have a simple layout, less graphics, and a cleaner design.

The banners might work okay on a second page in labeled "Sales Info" or something. I agree with Sain Cai, they look a bit large for the new trend of Google-esque white space.

The images make me feel like they are flashy advertisements don't know why and its a tad bit slow. I'm more of a keep it simple kind of person which is why I only have 1 image on my site.

Although speed isn't an issue on my connection, I agree that there are just too many ads. Cleaner and get them to action to buy.
