Very nice opening page!

http://www.dbz-legends.net/main.php?id=news.html looks good also, but I would change the link colour. The teal looks okay on black, but not on the grey.

Nice site, looks like the typical anime site. On your news page, the new and updates picture does not match with the background. Try changing the picture to have a tranparent background, using gif format.

Make the big pop-up a pop-under
Better nav text/nav background contrast.

The nav links are too dark. Other then that, your site looks okay.
