someone make me a flash banner?

i am looking for someone who can possibly design me a banner through flash, i don't really know how to explain it but here i go
the width MUST be 960px and height can be whatever
The flash should be about video gaming, possibly showing characters from video games; Character's most wanted: Mechassault 2 Mechs or People, Halo/2 Characters, Splinter Cell
there should be text somewhere that says Game Killers
in return i will place ur banner ad on my site, a GMAIL account (i knoiw they are ez to get now, but w/e)

seeing as this can't seem 2 be done, can sum1 jus make me a normal banner (same specs) or gif animated banner?
