The stupid '25 Line' rule

I can't believe people are still complaining about this BS.
If you read the rules you will know not to go over 25 lines, won't you?
Just to elaborate, 25 lines includes Blank Lines. In other words, Blank Lines or Line Breaks are also counted.
Get with the program. Read the rules and follow them. Then nobody will be receiving infractions.
