As Dan has pointed out, it should be software that has to be installed on your PC for use, that will potentially help a user out.

I never heard anything about that.... But sorry about that, anyways. There is so much free software in this world. We are up to our necks in it, all it takes is a few searches on the Internet.

Nah, only thing I can think of is Trillian. But, it doesn't allow many features, such as webcam unless you buy it. And, I'd rather have the free version of things which is better.

Has anyone included OpenOffice.org (free Microsoft Office competitor) or Google Pack (lots of free, cool stuff) yet?
