This is what I got as a reply of my support tickets from unlimitedone.com a so called free host.

My First Support ticket to them.

Hi there Support Stalwarts,

Are image hosting scripts allowed on my plan ? I plan to use Coppermine Photo Gallery on my site, but without user registrations and I will be the sole uploading person in the gallery. I just am going to use this script to showcase my pictures and caps of the videos I am going to upload on free hosting sites like rapidshare, megaupload, mediafire, sendspace, etc.

Kindly let me know whether this is allowed or not so that if it is not allowed, I can cancel the service.

Hi there,

Why was my account cancelled ? Even you did not answer the support ticket no. Ticket ID: 736543. And just cancelled the account. why so ?

This was 1 & only answer from them.

Two hosts exist, both offering a package for the exact same price. One host offers 10GB and the other host offers "unlimited" space. The customers will almost always choose the "unlimited" host because they're uneducated. They always seem to think that bigger is better. The host who offers "unlimited" space justify will it with excuses and TOS that are so tight that it's impossible for people to use even 1 GB. They don't understand. They'd rather have the most space for their money, even if they're only going to use a fraction of it. People do not like limits.

Agreed. For me the lesson is to watch out for anything that is called "unlimited" in the business. I'm also not sure I like the idea of "take a ticket". I'd rather be with a Free Webhost that I can PM, or better yet, has an active Discussion Forum where more than one person could respond to my enquiry.

and the most funny thing about this so called free host is, they are asking people to pay for using their free hosting service.
since they are asking people to pay for the free hosting account activation, it is not a free hosting anymore.
they should call them self a "1 time payment for lifetime usage hosting"
