vBulletin Version 3.5. quick question

just a quick one guys
i am trying to post in a vBulletin Version 3.5.4 forum and wanted to include some things like centered text / bold text / color text and such but they have html disabled ...

is there a way a could still do this ?

thats not html, its bbcode, and usually they dont disable this, but if they have, then you cant really do much in this case.
