vHosting is to help you manage your hosting requests and upgrades. Originally designed for a "post to host" service vHosting can be set up for paid hosting.

* Set a post requirement an user must acheive
* Control which usergroups can request or upgrade hosting, change their account, or view the hosted user's list
* Easily accept or decline an user of their request
* Automatically sends a private message to the requester when accepted or declined
* Send a predefined or your own custom message to user via private message when request is "declined".
* Set which administrators can administer vHosting.

If the user does not have enough post he or she cannot request hosting
The screenshot below represents a newly registered user with zero posts.

If the user does have enough posts a link will be presented to them under the appropriate plan

If the user clicks the link "Request This Plan" he or she will be directed to a form
Request Form
If the form is left blank they'll get a message telling them to fill in all fields
If the user enters anything other than letters or numbers then a message will tell them that they can only use letters or numbers.
If the username is longer than 8 characters it'll show the user that the username cannot be longer than 8 characters.
After the user has successfully submitted the form they'll see this on the overview

In a private forum a new thread is created in a forum you specified through the ACP.

Within said thread is the screenshot of the post below.
password is randomly generated and inserted into a field in the user's database. If user forgets their password you can reset their password very easily.

If accepted the title of the thread will change aswell
Hosting Accepted (Thread)
A private message will be sent to the user who requested the hosting
Hosting Accepted (PM)
When the user goes back to the overview page they can change hosting details, such as their username or subdomain.

I have changed my subdomain from 'harmor.xenweb.net' to 'andrewharmor.xenweb.net' but I left my username the same.

If the user accumulates enough posts to match the next plan up they can upgrade to that plan

When they click the "Upgrade to this plan" a new thread will be created automatically.
The administrator still decides to either accept or decline the request.
You can select which usergroups can request, upgrade, change datails, or view the list of hosted users.
Usergroup Permissions
If you have chosen that an usergroup cannot request hosting the users in that usergroup will see "You are not permitted to request hosting"
Not Permitted to Request Hosting
The same applies to "Can Upgrade Hosting" and "Can Change Hosting Details".
If you delete an user's hosting account details you can place the user into another usergroup.
The user may be troublesome and you may need to keep an eye on him
