ok, i vote for stabilo, zinix.net. Reason: a stable, fast and i never notice a downtime at all. with 800mb and 10gb bw AND NOOOO banner whatsoever.

probably necronhosting.com, they gave me 500mb space, 15gb bandwidth free. i dont think they offer free hosting anymore... but they never have downtime either!
