I am here to request any company that wants to sell something for a good low cost, my budget is 18$ a month.

Here is what I am looking for,

VPS
Windows Server 2003
10-20 Gigabyte Space
10mpbs pipe
384mb-512 mb ram
Good/not bad CPU

Budget 18$ a month

I can only agree. Due to the extra license cost of Windows, to find a reliable host, your need to at least add $10-$15 onto your budget.

I wonder why many people don't have realistic expectations when they are searching for a service provider. It is just not possible to get Windows VPS at half price, just like that.
