it is always good to have more alternatives to exist, just in case something happened.

remember the HyperVM case?
that time, everyone was using HyperVM and not much alternatives is around,
then ends up a lot of VPS providers have to shutdown the VPS control panel access until vePortal and SolusVM appear with a good set of migration tools.

therefore, I would agree that if more alternatives is around as an backup for us.

i do agree that they have a lot more features compare to WHMCS.
so far, hostbillapp is the only hosting billing system that are able to compare head to head with WHMCS
