what happened to compact banner?

for the past 1 week i do not get any ads inmy site, i thought it must my pc or the server of compact banner must be down.

but today when i checked their site this is what i see -

what could have happened? and what is the meaning of this?

Maybe something happened to their index.html? They could have renamed it but the host requires one?

I had a similar message once when I uploaded my site to a new host and had my index as .htm, I had to rename it .html

the index page being missing is fine. but the compact banner adstream comes from a php file from deep. that itself is not getting launched
