What I learned about Australia

Well, I know that Jan's already got a thread sort of like this, but these are the things I've learned about Australia. My best friend just got back from living in Australia for 3 months.

1. It's summer there when it's winter here.

2. They don't drink Fosters.

3. They don't eat at 'Outback'

4. Aussie girls are easy

5. American beer is 'imported' and watered down.

6. Australia has enough great beers not to long for an American one.

7. Australia is beautiful (He has some great pictures)

8. They don't have honey at McDonalds for the Chicken McNuggets

9. Didgeridoos are cool as funk. (He brought one back)

10. Adeilade is my kind of town.

11. No stop signs.

12. License checks are only on the interstate and are announced "Checkpoint Ahead"

That's all I can think of.

Didn't your friend mention that kangaroos don't roam the streets? ;) Or maybe they do in Adelaide :p

I'm really sure you can't find real honey in any MCDonald :p.

However, it's much better than having nothing with your MCNugget :eek: .

tomorrow I'm going to mcdonalds for the sole purpose of getting honey with my chicken mcassnuggets.

i'll let you all know if they have it.

Hmm, I'll have to test out that 'theory' the next time I make my way down to McDonalds.
As far as I know they don't offer honey with McNuggets here in BC. :rolleyes:
 
I asked for honey and got none.

I also wanted to go to the till with the hot chick, but I got the guy with pimples instead.

Me: I'll have 6 nuggets and a hot fudge sundae, please.
Kid with zits: What kind of sause would you like with that sir?:
Me: Hot fudge
KWP: um no, with the nuggets.
Me:Honey
KWP: Honey Mustard?
Me: Yeah. no. Just honey. Honey and no mustard.
KWP: just honey?
Me: yes, and no mustard.
KWP: we dont have that
Me: I had it last week.
KWP: Oh, just a minute. (yells an inquiry into the back about honey, receives several blank stares)
KWP: Uhhh, we dont have honey....
Me: no problem, I'll just have the sundae.
KWP. Ok, do you want peanuts with that?
Me: OK
KWP: 1.49, please.
Me: I didn't want peanuts...
KWP: But...
Me:sorry, just shitting with you, can I have a fork for my sunday?
KWP: what?
Me: don't worry about it.

yeah. I had one of those when i worked at burger king. Even though I know how much shitty customers suck, I still like to be one.

I think the worst I've had is when someone puked into my drive through window. I wanted to punch him, and i should have because i quit anyways.

Like someone already said, you wouldn't get real honey at any McDonald's. Testicle burgers, yes, honey, no. Yuck... McDonald's.

And Australian girls are no more easy than any other kind of girl.
