What Kind of Car do you drive?

2001 Pontiac Grand Prix sedan. Three seater. Three because my driver seat is a few inches from the back seat and no one can fit there.

My selection process went pretty much like this... Sat in about a dozen cars that were tiny, and then I actually fit in this car. So I bought it.
 
Well it went like this (I was off on my numbers)
Got the Buick.(1)
Got a 78 Mercedes (2)
Traded w/ my brother for 87 Mazda 626 (3)
Mazda died.
Back to the Buick.(4)
Buick Dies.
Get Mercedes back.(5)
Give Mercedes back.
Get 85 Impala.(6)
Impala Dies.
Fix and back to Buick.(7)
Get 93 Escort Station Wagon(8)
Sell Escort to brother.
Back to the Buick.(9)
Buy truck. (10)

So it was really my first, fourth, seventh and ninth cars.
I drive a Dakota now (we've talked about this) but I was being a smart --- and saying that the Buick is the car I have.

'perm, it's not right for a guy at your age to have owned that many cars.

I've only gone through three myself.

'87 Chev Caprice Classic...drove that until I got an '89 Accord. That lasted until I went to school. It died when I came back, so I got my Caprice back and drove that until it died. Now i have my Ram. Meaning I'll be on my fourth vehicle soon :p

only made a few minor performance mods, most of it was cosmetic.

Modified airbox
Performance filter
Modified center section
4inch peformance backbox

Not much at the moment, the car is putting out about 155bhp.

I have been looking at a supercharger rather than a turbo, that would give me about 250bhp.

We still have the Blazer, but I needed a car that wouldn't beat me up and take all my money at the gas pump.
 
Car I've Owned (From 2001-present)
1: 1972 Baja Bug with California Bug-eye Kit (April 2001)
2: 1986 BMW 325es (October 2001) - only had for about 2 weeks :S
3: 1992 Honda Accord LX (October 2001) - car-less from January till May
4: 1986 Dodge 600 (May 2002) - Car-less again from December till June of '04
5: 1968 Ford Bronco (June 2004)

That was my car the day after i bought it. I brought it home after I had spent all night working on the engine with a friend the day before installing a new Edelbrock 4 barrel carb and Edelbrock Intake Manifold and a few other small things. Was very upset when I had to get rid of it cause the gas milage was killing me. 6MPG Surface streets, and 7 MPG Highway. :S
6: 2001 Nissan Sentra (November 2004)
7: 2003 Chevy Blazer S10 (March 2006)
8: 1999 Mitsubishi Mirage (September 2006) Still have the blazer, but needed a second car, and got a smoking deal from my stepfather on this car. I hate it, but, it enables my wife to drive herself to work with the blazer. I am stuck driving the Mitsu. since she isn't very good at driving a manual transmission car.

So, that is my list of cars from over the years. :p My favorite car by far was the Bronco. Coolest Car I ever owned, and I miss it like crazy. If anyone knows someone that owns one with no body rust and a straight body, tell them to contact me through my website methodcomptech.com and i will consider buying it. Doesn't even need an engine. just a straight body and no rust. :D I want to build one from ground up and make it a rock crawler.

I tend to go without fuel until it's below E. Then I rely on downgrades and the hand of God to get me to the nearest gas station.
