It is not to high nor way low at all. I am happy with my internet but this computer is getting old even though it runs XP it still is old (came with 98). It downloads my music fast enough! (That is after I run it over a Wirless network when I download bc i use another computer to download my music)
 
I am currently on my grandparents dial up. They have a good budget-line computer with XP Home, 512 MB Memory, 40GB HD. It ain't bad but they use dial-up with Proxyconn Accelorator. IT just told me 2.73 Mbps. Which is such a lie the accelorator must confuse it because it runs a good 150Kbps on a good day. I am definatly confused!
 
Conscript, go to dslreports.com and do a speedtest there. It'll test your upload.

I got 3mbps/960kbps.
