Which host has the best speed?

I'm trying to find a host that is quite fast and has more than 10MB

It doesn't matter if it has ads or not. Any suggestions?

Correction - Crosswinds WAS slow. That was only in the period they were fighting battles with warez masters - they would have increased CW's bandwidth costs 10 times if CW didn't clamp the bandwidth for free sites. However, now that they've nailed the warez masters effectively, that limit is gone and they are now (under normal circumstances) super fast.

I think mastersites is the fastest, but usually the bigger brands (Geocities, Tripod, Angelfire) are fast.

Not if the paid host is on cable, which was the case with phathosts.net a while back.
