WHMReseller Issue

Ive waited 8 months for a ticket to be replied, i mean come on what use is it 8 months later.

Brilliant product ---- support/management
 
I was lucky the time i changed, i installed it and it let me install on my new ip.

At times it was impossible to open a ticket on there support system with the ammount of errors.
 
Well at least this thread will be googleable (is that even a word?) and maybe save some others the same problems, and give the kick in the pants to those neglecting clients :wink2:

I have really had it with dumbsoft (haha like how I replaced dea with dumb :lol:), anyway lol....

After my vacation, I am going to start development of my OWN master resellers software, which is going to be free, open source and reliable. (not to mention a better interface). Since I am a designer, I will be mostly concentrating on the interface and the eye candy. As for the coding, I know some perl, so I will be seeking the help of other perl coders!! drop me a PM or an email if you are interested in becoming part of my project :).

I have a bunch of features planned that are going to be put in. Please don't expect this soon, because this going to take me forever lol.

See what you have made me do Deasoft, this is your freakin' fault.

Getting them to respond is a almost impossible, my friend bought a license and didn't receive it so he submitted a ticket. No reply, Submitted another, No Reply. Filed an item disputed with PayPal, "Hello, may I help you?" Catch was they wanted him to close the dispute (which cannot be reopened once closed) in order to give him any support.

That is sad how they respond to things. Their excuse was that their system blocks emails from his email provider. Pretty sad.

I would code my own system, however I have nowhere near the knowledge to pull it off.

Couldn't you also just do PHP and create the accounts that way? It would probably be easier than Perl as cPanel already has account creation tutorials, etc. written for PHP. If it was coded in PHP I would be willing to help but I'm terrible at designing anything. :p
