To answer: mostly just because I can.. on the flipside; I program so I could see that actually coming into benefit at points (I like multi-tasking too)

Well, I definitely need a 2nd monitor at least and a 3rd would have some use as well.
As for the RAM..I could see some situations where I might use it - currently I average about 56% while not gaming - 65-70% in TF2; it would give me more leeway.
the only thing i get is if i go to hibernate my comp, it goes to hibernate, but, then restarts windows after it should have shut off. not sure why, only on my desktop, not on my wife's comp or my old laptop.
wow. Usually my ram is at about 40-55% but I only have 2.5gb of ram. (never thought i'd be saying only 2.5gb... gotta love vista)
