I used to like host.sk, but their speed fluxates WAAAYY too much.. not reliable worth shit.
On occasion they were fast, but VERY rarely...

I think that depends on your own connections?
I use att cable now, and my upload speed is between 15k-20k.
It's pretty reliable, and it's definitely much faster than crosswinds.

That's damn good for a free host.

I'll have to admit that host.sk has gotten pretty fast, but still not up to standards (the Online Entertainment Network and 9cy speeds). Also, Crosswinds free is still faster than host.sk only because they've gotten faster as well, but then again, who knows how long CW's speed will last (fluctuates all the time - fairly fast today, hellishly slow tomorrow).
