were all forgetting that this guy is new, he wont be jumping in at the deepend, i suggest you simply go get yourself a server from http://www.server4sale.com they come with quite a bit of bandwidth. This will get you started and will run speedily for the amount of users you'll be getting. Keep on top of warez and such, or you'll have your bandwidth gone in a second. You could also employ a rapidshare scenario where users can only download a file at a time and only x number of files a day.

Calling long time hosts here scammers when they are trying to help you with no real idea about what you want, is just rude.

If you went past someone in the street who was being abusive to another stranger, would you stop to speak to that person ?
