As far as I know they are domain name registrar. I hope you know about that. I think that you need to check for the reviews on them on WHT or here.

Yes, they are accredited, and one of the biggest, at least in Asia, lack of customer support but good enough . Not sure for their hosting services, but remember that they are mostly a domain registrar.
