managed wordpress hosting

My netfirms host cannot be viewed.

I got the free hosting named ajiang.netfirms.com a half years ago. But I cannot visit it now. It is very slowly and show a NOT Found error page.

I can visit www.netfirms.com and I can login...

What will I do?
 
Why not send them an email and explain it to them? Do they have a forum where you could also ask?

Over 60% of all spam comes from servers in China and Korea. In most cases it is not produced by the locals but is North American or European spammers using compromised Asian servers. Internet security awareness is lower in these countries and servers are more easily compromised for spam & dos attacks.
 
Concer, I thought you meant that Netfirms block China. Does this mean I don't have to hate them?
 
netfirms as a fwp might host some websites hostile to the PRC government, so maybe China Tel blocked all access to netfirms servers from inside mainland China.
 
Or maybe Netfirms blocked traffic from China because their advertisers don't pay for this traffic. :confused:

My guess is they banned China region because they
have too many account signups from China. *LOL*

We recently did exactly the same thing to stand
for a while. We are currently hosting several
thousand accounts from China and get hundreds
more try to signup daily.

If they are getting the same thing, that is likely why
they banned China.

In saying "LOGIN", are you referring to a pre-existing
account or creating one right now?


I know nothing of netfirms personally but if they recently
banned China, it's probably just new signups only.

It would be way too much of a pain to try to go through
their entire userbase to deactivate existing open accounts.

When I use a proxy. I can visit it now.
