It's so tempting to say whose personality and actions that description reminds me of... but I'm trying preserve my record of never being edited. ;)


I've never watched anime, but considering I don't like much of anything on TV I can be fairly certain I wouldn't like it. Obviously people have different interests... though I'd like to require everyone to appreciate radio drama.

Heh.. a friend brought over "Twin Dolls" and it consisted of nothing but a BORING, LAME theme and monsters raping girls with their 10-foot-tails and weirdo stuff like that
 
Twin Dolls happens to be one of the darker sides of anime.

BTW, it's 8:2, I've got Hayama-kun backing me up... and if sailorjoto ever comes back, it'll be 8:3....... crud, still losing. Oh well. Y'all just don't understand Japanese art. :p:p:p

do you guys know the history behind anime? porno is illegal in japan but porno cartoons were not so anime started as pornographic movies basically and ppl just took it from there. however many elements of porn still resides in mainstream anime.
 
i agree with gayowulf and myself.

and i don't hate anime because i don't understand it. i hate it because it sucks and it's lame. even bugs bunny moved his mouth properly to the words he spoke.

but when it comes to anime, all the artist has to do is draw three stillframes of each character: one stillframe with the mouth open and one stillframe with the mouth shut... then just rotate between the two when they're talking.

and then a third stillframe for whenever they gets done talking... they instantaneously move their hand behind their head, smile, and say "ha!ha!".

you see? i understand it and i still hate it.

I saw one anime movie...it was kinda cool. Guns and violence. Title was something involving ghosts. But I don't like how the characters look. It's too much like sailor moon and pokemon. It seems like a waste of effort, to make movies with animated porn with characters that open and close their mouths to talk. And about monsters raping girls with their tails....man those japanese are sick. 9:2
