After I posted my request at http://www.freewebspace.net/forums/showthread.php?t=2218592, I then moved my websites from my local webhosting provider (they have good support, but their upstream provider is poor, causing some of my wordpress plugins to not work correctly) to TopQHost - http://www.topqhost.com using their Shared Hosting Standard package (2GB space/20GB transfer).
I have a couple of domains for a website and two blogs, example is my manga fansite and also my anime review blog. I do not use their DNS servers for technical reasons (not TopQHost's fault - already explained in the request thread above), so you may verify by checking the A records.
My websites at the old webhost was moved successfully within an hour after I placed my order. All I have to do is to update my DNS records to point my domains to the one provided to me and the switchover happened seamlessly from old hosting to the new one. After that, barring a downtime that happened early this month (of which they sent an e-mail), all of my websites works perfectly.
My wordpress blogs can now be easily administered (XML Sitemap Generator for WordPress 3.1.2 now can run without timing out when submitting to the search engines), and as the server has more relaxed settings, updating my plugins can now fully be automated without having to enter my FTP credentials.
AFAIK, I do not really find any weakness with their service (my only support ticket submitted to date is when I transfer my websites to their servers). My access to the websites is slower than it was when I still use my webhosting at the local Malaysian datacenter, but that's because my very crappy monopolist ISP is crap in the first place.
Well, I hope that they can continue their excellent service, and they have my recommendation.
