PHP boards are faster. UBB is slow cos it's a CGI board.Originally posted by conkermaniac
Why not just use an ASP board?
BTW, UBB is a CGI board, I believe.

That's a mistake on his part.Originally posted by conkermaniac
Yeah, I thought it was a CGI board. But Cyber listed it as a PHP board?
I'd rather buy vB as its better. I think ppl use UBB cos they think its good as its expensive.Originally posted by Archbob
UBB is extremely expensive compared to vB.
I've got an idea. Create a board, give many websites incentive to transfer over to your board, free copy, commission for every sale sold from their site. Sell the board for $250, and make sure the template looks ultra nice. Give it a kickarse name. And I'm pretty sure many people will buy your board because it costs more.Originally posted by The Red Guy

ok, first in the long run, UBB is cheaper, and UBB is now known as a PHP forum, it runs on PHP now, they changed!
UBB is very much expensive than vB. Actually, vb's better. For those who want to buy a bb, buy vb instead.Originally posted by zDySaNz
